Gold again!

Our fantastic 7's rugby team won a gold medal again at the Commonwealth Games. They have won 3 gold medals at the last 3 commonwealth games.
Why is this a very special achievement? (apparently they have been treated like rock stars in Delhi!)
Why do they perform the haka after their win?
How do you think the players are feeling?
